Carmel Dawson is the national president of the ICA – The Irish Countrywomen’s Association.  From Tullow in Co Carlow she is a life long member of the organisation.  At this time of the year she is finishing up her countrywide travelling, getting organised for Christmas and making time for her family which is very important to her, as she told Eileen Good when she met her recently in her home.
