James Kilbane has been involved with Christian Country Music all his life and his most recent project is a documentary with RTE called, “A Celebration of Country Gospel Music”.

Featuring choirs and artists from all across the county, including William Hayes, Alan Mitchell, Louise Morrissey, Colin Elliot and the Sligo Gospel choir, it looks at the wide range and interest in Country music.

James spoke with Miriam Gormally about how County music is really all about telling stories that touch the heart.

It will go out on RTE 1 on Sunday Feb 10th at 11.10.
