In this Year of Mercy, Bishop Cullinan, Bishop of Waterford and Lismore looks at some of the initiatives taking place in his parish. He talks about some of the more imaginative ideas they will be introducing, from the interesting to the compassionate. He explains that all doors will be open and all confessions will be heard. Conor Deane began by asking him what it was like to be in the role of Bishop – Bishop Cullinan was appointed less than a year ago – and how it has impacted on his life.
