The civil war in Sri Lanka continues to escalate as government soldiers’ battle with the Tamil Tigers. During this conflict Fr Jim Brown, a catholic priest, working in Sri Lanka has gone missing and has not been seen since August 20th. The last place he was seen was at a checkpoint on his way to his new parish. Seamus Finn is an oblate priest who went out to Sri Lanka to try and discover what happened and to look at the conflict and see whether there is a peaceful way to resolve the civil war.
