“May they all be one,” was Christ’s prayer for humanity. Chiara Lubich was an Italian who took this idea and worked with it. Inspired by her loving message, other people soon joined her. Over time her message spread outside the Christian tradition and was embraced by people of all religions. Miriam Gormally met with Susan Gately who is the organiser with the Focolare movement in Ireland. Miriam asked Susan how they got started.
