Anne Carr has spent 20 years encouraging people to work together for peace in Northern Ireland. She speaks to Miriam Gormally about the recent news that all IRA weapons have been decomissioned. She talks about how violence must now become a thing of the past and objectives must be reached through democratic and political methods only. Miriam asks if she fully believes that all IRA weapons are now gone.
