In this second part of this series, Kevin Jackson, Professor of Business Ethics and Law at Fordham University in New York City, as well as composer and jazz pianist, talks about music his own journey from agnostic to Catholic. He spoke of how music during spiritual services brought him to an appreciation of something deeper working through music and how he came to realise that it wasn’t just a secular vocation, but a strongly spiritual one. Pat Coyle asks him about jazz improvisations and questions whether the sense that the musicians are completely lost in the music is indicative of something deeper working through people.
