A piece from our archive – July 25th 2007 – Sr. Veronica Mangan discusses her work with young people.

Veronica Mangan is a sister of Mercy with many years experience of working with young people in their struggle to rebuild their lives after years of drug dependency. Until recently Veronica was director of the Aislinn Centre in Ballyraggett in Co. Kilkenny which she also founded. She has always firmly believed in the ‘priceless potential’ of young people and at a recent conference on addition, in the Manresa Centre in Dublin, she told Eileen Good why she is so adamant in this belief.
