As the feast of the Immaculate Conception approaches, Betty Ryan explains to Eileen Good why her relationship with Mary is so special. She advises this is a good time to pray to Mary and remember the joy and beauty of children in Advent. Betty has chosen a poem about Mary from the 5th century. But first Eileen Good asks if she has ever been surprised by any of the answers Mary has given her in response to her prayers.

In: “Mary, for me, has always been there …”

Out: “…the Lord is with you.”

Time: 5.27
