Fr. Paul Farren of the Archdiocese of Derry a number of years ago decided to establish the John Paul II Awards. Since it’s inauguration it has grown steadily in popularity among the various diocese and the teenagers who embark on their adventure towards becoming more mature and taking ownership of their own faith within the Catholic Church.

Here Conor Deane speaks with Frank Bodley one of the original organisers about where the Awards are at today and what challenges the young of the Catholic church face but moreover how to over come these challenges with immense results!
