Professor Robert Enright, an educational psychologist from University Wisconsin, is a pioneer in the study of the science and psychology of Forgiveness and what he calls Forgiveness Therapy.

Time Magazine named him a “Trailblazer of Forgiveness” and such was the impression made by his address at the recent international Eurcharistic Congress, that he was invited to be a keynote speaker at the Le Cheile Schools Trust AGM recently.

In a series of interviews with the academic, Jo Smith asks what the essential stages in the forgiving process are.

She began by asking Dr Enright, about how he came to focus on the subject of forgiveness initially.
