Sr. Cyril Mooney, an Irish nun living and working in Kolkata (formerly Calcutta) recently received the prestigious Padma Shree award in India, an award usually only given to Indians. Simon Acres from John Scottus School in Dublin was working with Sr Cyril when she received news that she had won the award. Simon explained to Miriam Gormally what happened on that important day.
