Sr. Marie is from Arney, outside Enniskillen, one of a musical family of seven – she played in a band from the age of 13. At 19 she brought her music with her through the doors of the Mercy Convent in Clogher, Co. Tyrone, and she has been singing ever since. Her religious family has always encouraged her talent. She talked to Eileen Good about her latest CD ‘The Gift you Are’ and Eileen first asked her if it was strictly country?
