When Pope Francis was in Ireland, he visited many state dignitaries and leaders. However Fr. Bryan Shortall, a parish priest and Capuchin, says that was inspires Francis most is visiting people on the margin. When he was in Ireland he came to visit the Capuchin Day Care Centre in Dublin. Fr Bryan says that their day care centre was chosen because of their focus on families, an unfortunate growing concern amongst the homeless population. Here Fr. Bryan talks about the visit and how Francis really connects with and wants to reach out to those living on the margins.

He began by explaining the origins of the Day Care centre to Miriam Gormally.
