Just home from the Irish Bishops’ Ad Limina Pilgrimage to Rome Bishop Michael Smith, a member of the Bishops’ Dept. of Planning and Communications, was one of the Bishops who presided at the closing press conference for the Irish media in the Irish College in Rome.  He told Eileen Good about the trip and why the word pilgrimage is so relevant.
