It is estimated that there are 6,000 people living with Multiple Sclerosis in Ireland.  There are 41 branches of the MS society countrywide and they include counselling and home visits amongst their services. The MS Society has designated from October 13th to November 13th 2006 for the MS Readathon, which raises badly needed funds for their services.  Eileen Good met with Cheryl Gunning who explains what MS is and how the MS society can help people diagnosed with MS.  Eileen also spoke with Ciara O’Hagan who took part in last years MS Readathon.
