The month of November is a time to remember the dead. It is a time when the hibernation of nature in preparation for the rebirth of spring reminds us of the natural rhythm of life and death. Even more it reminds us of our Christian Faith with its emphasis on birth, death and resurrection. The fun festival of Halloween also brings to mind the darker side of life, as a reminder of the presence of death and the need to live life to the full. It is also a reminder to us that the death are still in many ways present in our lives. Miriam Gormally spoke with Fr. Jim Noonan OCD, to find our more.
