Rebecca Ryan is best known for her roles in I.R.A.: King of Nothing (2006), The Tudors (2007) and The Draft (2006). She was also in Fair City.
Despite all this external success, abuse she’d experienced as a child caused her to go down the dark road of self harm and even attempted suicide. She was saved at the last minute by something she attributes to God and feels is nothing short of a miracle.
Theses days she is in a much happier place. She currently works as a presenter and newsreader with Spirit Radio as well as a singer/songwriter and hip-hop dancer and is also very keen and available to take more acting roles as they come to her.
She starts by explaining to Conor Deane how she first got into acting.
