Taking time for gratitude is often the furthest thing from our minds as we rush through another busy day. In the daily stresses we can forget that we have so many things to be grateful for. So says Wendy Grace, who has been involved in communications for over a decade. She also points out that deciding to be thankful for the blessings in our life is intrinsic to our faith.

But it is often easier said that done. Miriam Gormally met with Wendy and asked her how you make your gratitude sincere and more than just words. Wendy began by explaining how gratitude is a key part of the Christian faith and that it’s even more important to practice it on the days when you don’t feel very grateful.
