The book, “The Ever Open Door”, compiled and edited by Fr. Ambrose Tinsley, is about Sr. Eucharia Keane, a woman who inspired many. Described as “all that is good in Mercy”, she went wherever there was a need, working with the homeless, ex- prisoners, travellers and generally anybody who came to her. Fr. Ambrose put the book together weaving her life with letters from people who had been touched by this remarkable woman. Pat Coyle met Fr Ambrose and asked him to describe what was so special about Sr. Eucharia Keane.
