The Joy of Running

Patrick Muldoon has been running for years. But for him it’s more than just exercise. He works in the Jesuit Communication Centre and blogs on many things including his love of running. He talks about how it brings him closer to God and to gratitude. As he says on,

“I run for the love of running and it helps maintain my physical, mental and spiritual health. Running brings me great joy. It grounds me in the present moment and it gives me interior peace and gratitude for the gift of each new day and for the gift of life. Thank you God for the gift of running!”
