The Twelve are an new development in community building and evangelisation. Founded by Fr. Gerry Campbell, from whom we have heard of previously, they go into parishes and help create a new sense of purpose and mission. Work on the idea that parishioners ought to be involved in the organising of their own mission, they work with parishioners in a collaborative way.

Here Pat Butterly talks with Conor Deane about what it meant for him to become one of the Twelve and how it turned his life around.
