Voting day is May 24th and canvassing is in full swing, so what should we be preparing to quiz our would-be TD’s about when they come looking for our vote? It certainly is an opportunity for us to consider how we, as residents of one of the wealthiest countries in the world, can strive to eliminate poverty and injustice. Jesuit priest Tony O’Riordan is Director of the Jesuit Centre for Faith and Justice and he spoke about the issues to Eileen Good.
