Caring for Brain Injured Children

Summertime is usually a time of pleasure for parents when they get to spend more time with their children.  However for parents caring for children with a brain injury it can be a trying time.  These children normally accustomed to and requiring routine find themselves with long days and nothing to do.  A situation which leads to parents who are stressed trying to occupy them.  Rev Ian Poulton asked Dr. Sarah O’Doherty what it was like for these parents.
