Sr. Josephine Burke and Sr. Oliver Rafter were both at the last Eucharistic Congress in 1932. Even more remarkably, they were born on the same day and had never met each other before. The 50th International Eucharistic Congress is taking place in Dublin in June. As part of the enormous preparation needed for the event, they will require volunteers from all over the country. Miriam Gormally spoke with Paul Rooney, co-ordinator for volunteers, about how they are recruiting volunteers and how there is continued need to recruit more.
