This time two years ago, Dr Nóirín Ní Riain – author, lecturer in theology, world-renowned singer whose name is synonymous with the Monks of Glenstal – was ordained as the Rev Nóirín Ní Riain, minster in the One Spirit Inter Faith Seminary Foundation.
