A new Programme for Ministry in the Church of Ireland, developed over the past two years following a major review of the Church of Ireland Theological College, was recently launched. Eileen Good met one of the project members Bishop Richard Clarke, Bishop of Meath and Kildare, and he told her about the new developments. He started by explaining the background to the new changes.
