Donal Neary SJ, Jesuit Priest & author, explains the relevance of the third Sunday of Advent and the lighting of the rose coloured candle. Donal explains that this candle represents rejoicing because although Advent is a time of waiting, we can rejoice as we know how the story ends.  The interview ends with the song ‘Oh Happy Day’ by the Gardiner Gospel Choir. But first Miriam asks Fr. Donal what events and celebrations have taken place in his church.
