Arthur Holder, Professor of Christian Spirituality at the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, California, discusses the meaning of spirituality with Pat Coyle. His core thesis is that to be human is to be spiritual. Also that the most profound way to nurture and deepen one’s spirituality is to “pay attention”.
Together with Pat, he explores the meaning of the phase, “spiritual, but not religious” and asks whether there can be such as thing as good or bad spirituality.
