Soline Humbert is a spiritual guide and an advocate for women’s ordination. She also contributed an article for “To Have and To Hold, Stories and Reflections from LGBT people, their families and friends” edited by Patricia Devlin and Brian Glennon. Her Catholic Faith is very important to her but she plans to vote Yes for same-sex marriage because she “can do no other”. Talking about the changes in laws towards gay people since she was young, she says we need to move away from having one ideal of relationship and family, but rather embrace different ways of being.
