Vocations Ferdinand Style

The Sisters of St. Benedict were founded in 1867 and live the 1500 year old monastic tradition of the Rule of St. Benedict. In recent years lack of vocations led the sisters to evaluate their role in the wider community – and the result has been amazing.  The Order now facilitates other congregations seeking to plan ahead and encourage vocations. Sr. Anita Lowe, Benedictine Vocations Director, was in Ireland recently giving a Vocations Workshop, and Eileen Good asked her how she got involved in this ministry.
